If you combine the art work of Bobbie and Marilyn together as main tubes:
©Bobbie and Marilyn Allen
bamacreations.yuku.com
When tubes by one artist are resized as elements/accents then the smaller accents would not get credit,
copyright would go to the main feature tube on the tag.

Using Scrapkit Elements with our Tubes:
You may use scrapkits with our art but only if according to their TOU ...
1. They do not require that you credit them when used with an artist's tube
or....
2. If they do require an acknowledgement it can be as shown smaller
than the credit to the artist as shown in the example below..
Example: Scrapkit by (scrapkit maker's name)
** Do not use ©, http://, or .com or .net, simply use the scrapkit maker's name in a smaller font.
If elements are very large and could be mistaken for one of the artist's images you must be very careful. Ask yourself this... Are they living, breathing things? If the answer is yes then you cannot use them because they could be mistaken for the © artist's work that you used. The artist's image/images should always be the the focal point of the tag. Elements should compliment the tube, not attract attention from it. So if in doubt whether an element can be used from a scrapkit, I suggest you just don't use it and that will settle the doubt. Between Marilyn & Bobbie Allen's elements I'm sure you will find many to choose from that will be just as nice as those you would find in a scrapkit. Just remember that mixing the elements from both artists does not change the TOU....and if you are uncertain if a tube you want to use is an element please ask on the general board. Also, if you still have doubts or questions regarding the use of scrapkits please feel free to ask on our general board. Thank you for your continued support concerning our copyright and stipulations.
USING OUR TUBES FOR ALPHAS:
We absolutely Do Not Allow our tubes to be used when creating alphas...no exceptions! Our work cannot be credited to us properly when used in this fashion and more times than not ends up being combined with another artists work and we do not receive credit for our creations.
There should only be one © symbol on any finished tag and that symbol should be in front of the artist's name: ©Marilyn Allen, ©Bobbie Allen, © Marilyn & Bobbie Allen if combining Bobbie and Marilyn's art.
No other info is necessary until further notice.
